摘 要:采用野外实地调查、常规生物学测定、连续观察等方法对近江蛏(Sinonovacula rivularissp.nov.)外部形态、胚胎、幼虫和稚贝发育进行了初步研究.结果表明,近江蛏的贝壳形态与缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)相似,壳长与壳高之比值较缢蛏大,成体近江蛏(壳长60 mm以上)壳长与壳高之比平均为3.43±0.13,成体缢蛏(壳长60 mm以上)为3.16±0.12;近江蛏壳长(L)与壳高(H)的关系为:H=0.2691 L+1.6053(n=325),相关系数为0.9964;近江蛏繁殖期为10~11月,其胚胎、幼虫和稚贝发育过程与缢蛏基本相同.The preliminary studies on the external morphology and the growth of the embryo, larva and juvenile mollusk of Sinonovacula rivularis sp. nov. were carried out using methods such as field survey, conventional biological test and continuous observation. The result showed that Sinonovacula rivularis sp. nov. had a similar morphology to Sinonovacula constricta and ratio of shell length to shell height of Sinonovacula rivularis sp. nov. was larger than that of Sinonovacula constricta. The ratio of shell length to shell height of adult Sinonovacula rivularis sp. nov. (of shell length greater than 60mm) was 3.43 ±0. 13 in average, while for the adult Sinonovacula constricta (of shell length greater than 60mm), the ratio was 3. 16 + 0. 12. The relationship between the shell length and the shell height of Sinonovacula rivularis sp. nov. was: H = 0. 2691 L + 1. 6053 (n = 325) , and the correlation coeffcient was 0. 9964. The breeding season for Sinonovacula rivuhtr/s sp. nov. was from October to November, and the growth process of embryo, larva and juvenile mollusk of Sinonovacula rivularis sp. nov. were basically the same as that of Sinonovacula constricta.
