摘　　要：目的优选加味心痛宁胶囊的醇提取工艺。方法以阿魏酸含量、总黄酮含量、浸膏得率为指标,采用单因素试验、L9(34)正交设计试验,对乙醇浓度、倍量、提取时间等因素进行考察,确定最优醇提取工艺。结果较优的醇提取工艺为:采用60%乙醇,提取3次,每次14倍量提取2h。结论优选的加味心痛宁胶囊的醇提取工艺稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process by ethanol on Jia Wei Xin Tong Ning Capsule. Methods The content of ferulic acid, the total flavonids and dry extraction were selected as the indexes. The extraction process was optimized by L9 （34） orthogonal test design and the effect of ethanol content, solvent amount and extraction time were observed. Results The optimized conditions of extraction process was as follows： extracting three times, ever time adding 14 times 60% ethanol and each time continuing for 2.0 hours. Conclusion The extraction process is feasible and convenient .
