扶正抑瘤法治疗Ⅳ期前列腺癌优势探讨

摘　　要：西医治疗Ⅳ期前列腺癌以内分泌治疗或激素联合化疗药物为主,虽有一定疗效,但长期使用不良反应明显。中医扶正抑瘤法治疗该病显现出其优势,中医理论强调整体观,针对Ⅳ期前列腺癌患者的病因病机特点而辨证施治,能够提高患者的耐受性和依从性,改善生活质量,延长生存期,提高临床疗效,还可减少激素副作用及并发症。In western medicine prostate cancer in stage IV was treated mainly with hormone therapy or endo- crine therapy combined with chemotherapy. Although some clinical effects were obtained,lots of adverse reactions occurred. In Chinese medicine the method of strengthening body resistance and inhibiting tumor has had some good effects on prostate cancer, and showed up advantages to some extent in the field. Chinese theory takes high light on the view of entirety of body, which was applied to clinic to help patients to have better tolerance and com- pliance so as to improve their life quality and prolong their life spans. The method aimed directly at the etiological factors and pathogenesis of prostate cancer, and can improve the clinical curative effect on it. It can also reduce the adverse effects and complications caused by hormone.
