大肠癌热疗联合放化疗临床研究进展

摘　　要：大肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤。随着经济的发展、生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变，大肠癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。手术、放疗、化疗是大肠癌的主要治疗方法。近几年热疗已成为恶性肿瘤综合治疗的方法之一，可以通过致热效应和非致热效应杀伤肿瘤细胞，热疗不仅对肿瘤细胞有直接的治疗作用，而且热疗与放化疗联合应用还具有一定的协同作用。热疗联合传统疗法可以提高大肠癌局部控制率及患者生存率。本文就热疗的机制及国内热疗联合各种放化方法治疗大肠癌的疗效作如下综述。Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy in China. The incidence of it showed an increasing trend with the economic development, living standards improvement and lifestyle changes. The traditional treatment methods include surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In recent years, hyperthermia has become a method for treating tumor. Hyperthermia kills tumor cells by thermal effect and no-thermal effect. Not only does it have a direct therapeutic： effect on tumor cells, hyperthermia also has some synergy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Hyperthermia combined with conventional therapy can improve the local control rate and extend survival for patients. In this paper, the effieaey of hyperthermia has been reviewed, （ombined with a variety of treatment methods for colorectal cancer in China.
