摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定转化糖注射液的含量。方法:采用SUGAR SH1011(8.0 mm×300 mm)柱,柱温为50℃,以0.04 mol.L-1的磷酸溶液为流动相,流量为0.5 mL.min-1,检测波长为195 nm。结果:葡萄糖、果糖分别在24.870～174.090μg,24.625～172.375μg范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.97%、99.10%,RSD分别为0.77%、0.39%(n=9)。结论 :方法简便、快速,结果准确。Objective： To determine the content of Invert Sugar Injection by HPLC. Method： The HPLC was carried out with SUGAR SH1011 （8.0 mm× 300 mm） column at 50℃ with the mobile phase consisting of 0. 04 mol · L-1 phosphonie acid solution, at a rate of 0. 5 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 195 nm. Results： Linear ranges of glucose and fructose were 24. 870-174. 090 p,g and 24. 625-172. 375 ug ,respectively. The average recoveries of glucose and fructose were 98.97% and 99. 10% , RSD were 0. 77% and 0. 39% , respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
