摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将60例确诊为中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗,对照组采用单纯化疗,连续治疗2个周期后评估其疗效。结果参芪扶正注射液配合化疗组总有效率与单纯化疗组比较无显著差异,但在减轻化疗药物毒副作用消化道反应及白细胞减少上明显优于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苠扶正注射液是一种纯中药制剂,主要以党参、黄芪为主要原料,具有益气扶正的功效,保护骨髓,促进造血,抗肿瘤作用,并能提高患者的免疫力,减轻化疗药物的毒副反应。故参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可改善的患者的生活质量,减轻化疗药物的毒副作用,增强机体免疫,值得在临床上推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer clinical efficacy and adverse reaction. Methods 60 cases with advanced non small ceU lung cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated by Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of, the control group using a simple chemotherapy, continuous after 2 cycles of treatment to assess its efficacy. Results The effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with chemotherapy group total effectiveness and chemotherapy group showed no significant difference, but on reducing the toxic and side effect of chemotherapy of gastrointestinal reaction and leukopenia was superior to chemotherapy alone group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ginseng for Fuzheng injection is a pure Chinese medicine, mainly dang- shen, astragalus root as main raw materials, with Qi righting effect, protect the marrow, promote hematopoietic, antitumor effect, and can improve the patient＇s immunity, reducing toxicity of chemotherapy. The effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advance^t non small cell lung cancer, which can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapeutic agents, enhance im- munity, worthy of clinical popularization.
