摘　　要：4例患者都是因外伤行营养支持,接受脂溶性维生素(Ⅱ)1支加500ml液体静脉滴注,用药后5～10min出现不同程度的恶心、呕吐、胸闷、憋喘、面色潮红、全身皮疹等过敏反应症状,停用该药,症状减退直至消失,高度怀疑不良反应是由脂溶性维生素(Ⅱ)引起。4 patients are due to trauma nutritional support, acceptance of fat-soluble vitamins （Ⅱ） 1 to join 500 ml intravenous infusion of fluids, medication after 5~10 min appears of different level nausea, vomiting, dizziness, choke, pale complexion, skin rash and other symptoms of allergic reactions, stopping the drug, symptoms of decline until it disappeared, highly suspected adverse reaction is composed of fat soluble vitamins （Ⅱ） caused by.
