论民办高校大学生心理和谐教育的存在问题及解决路径

摘　　要：民办高校是我国高等教育中的一个重要组成部分，在民办高校中开展心理和谐教育是德育工作的一项重要内容。当前，民办高校在开展心理健康教育进程中存在着：缺少系统的心理和谐教育计划、行政管理色彩浓厚、心理和谐教育观念落后、教育方法单一等问题。为此，必须加强对民办院校心理和谐教育的重视、建立健全民办高校心理和谐教育管理网络、以“幸福感”作为民办院校心理和谐教育的内容、打造民办院校特色校园文化品牌，为民办高校开展心理健康教育提供一种崭新的路径。Private universities are an important component of China＇s higher education. Carrying out psychological harmonious education is an important part of moral education in the private universities. At present, there are many problems in the mental health education of private universities, such as lack of systematic psychological harmony education programs, advanced concept and various educational methods. Therefore, we must lay great stress on the psychological harmony education and establish a sound network of psychological harmony education and management in private universities to increase students＇ happiness.
