摘　　要：结合检验检疫监管中的退运调查工作内容,做好新形势下的出口退运调查工作,并应用于企业持续质量改进,帮扶企业改进产品质量,提升企业竞争力,以提高检验监管工作的有效性。This article combine the return investigation in the inspection and quarantine supervision to the export return investigate under the new situation.It is applied to the continuous quality improvement of enterprises,such as helping companies to improve their product quality and enhancing their competitiveness,to improve the effectiveness of inspection and supervision.
