辽阳产人工北虫草中虫草素含量的测定

摘　　要：目的通过一定有效的实验方法测定辽阳产人工北虫草中的虫草素含量。方法使用不同方法对实验北虫草进行提取并使用HPLC法测定,以虫草素标准品测定标准曲线,测定使用不同提取方法提取的北虫草样品中虫草素的含量。结果在甲醇浓度20%料液比1∶30、提取时间30 min条件下提取效果最好。在以水∶甲醇∶甲酸=95∶4∶1为流动相的情况下使用HPLC法测得样品中虫草素含量最高,含量为0.14%。结论本实验方法可对人工培育冬虫夏草中的虫草素含量进行测定。并且经过分析认为,实验中使用的辽宁省辽阳地区出产的人工培育冬虫夏草质量较好,其生产工艺值得推广。Objective To determine the cordycepin content in Liaoyang-produced artificial North Cordyceps through effective experimental methods.Methods Using different methods to extract North Cordyceps and the HPLC method to measure,and to determine the cordycepin content in cordyceps militaris samples through effective experimental methods,the standard cordycepin used to build the standard curve.Results The extracting effect is best when methanol concentration reached 20%,with liquid ratio to be 1∶ 30,extraction time to be 30 minutes,cordycepin content to be 0.14%.Conclusion The experimental method is able to determine cordycepin content in the artificial cultivation Cordyceps sinensis.And through analysis,the Liaoyang-produced artificial North Cordyceps is of good quality and deserves to be promoted.
