民族院校大学生创业教育模式研究

摘　　要：高校实施创业教育是深化高教改革和促进学生就业的有效措施,而我国的创业教育研究与实践还处于起步阶段。对于民族院校而言,其创业教育研究更是无人涉足,亟待教育部门和相关专家学者的极大关注和探索。因此,深入分析普通高校大学生创业教育的现状,探寻存在的瓶颈问题,并结合民族院校的办学特点和少数民族大学生的就业状况,构建民族院校大学生创业教育新模式,对于增强少数民族大学生的创业意识和创业能力,促进创新型社会建设与社会和谐稳定具有重要的战略意义。It is an effective measure to implement enterprise education for the reform of higher education and promoting students＇ employment in universities, however, the research and practice of Chinese enterprise education is still in its initial stage. Until now, there is no enough research of enterprise education for ethnic universities and colleges, so it needs much more attention and research by education departments and related expert scholars. Therefore we need to analysis the status and seek the problems of enterprise education for students, and try to construct new enterprise education model for students in ethnic universities and colleges which combined with school-running characteristics of ethnic universities and colleges and employment situation of minority college students, and it has an important strategic significance of promoting the innovative society construction and social harmony and stability, and also enhance the pioneering consciousness and ability of national minority students.
