摘  要:文章讨论了构建基于三方联动、双师育人的卫生信息管理人才培养模式的意义及做法,主要从对接职业岗位需求、优化人才培养方案;对接职业素养需求、建立基于工作过程的课程体系;对接行业职业服务需求、强化社会服务与引领行业发展;对接质量需求、强化全程教学监管等4个方面进行了校企合作一体化育人机制的探索实践,取得了较好成效,学生综合素质与专业教师服务社会行业能力得到明显提升。The importance and practice on the training mode of health information management talents based on three linkage and double teacher education were discussed in the paper.The cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise integration education from optimizing the training mode of talents according to post capacity requirement,construction of the curriculum system by professional quality demand,strengthening social service by industry occupation demand,strengthening supervision of the entire process of teaching by quality demand and so on were researched and practiced.The results were better.The overall quality of students and social services industry ability of teachers were obviously improved.
