摘 要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,采用反应性乳化剂进行预乳化处理,以达到细乳液聚合的粒径要求并提高单体转化率。文中主要研究了反应性乳化剂种类、用量及配比对单体细乳液粒径及稳定性的影响。结果表明:最佳的乳化剂种类为非离子乳化剂ER-10与十二烯基琥珀酸钠(DDSA)复配,相对单体用量为5wt%,非离子和阴离子乳化剂质量比为3∶1,通过高压均质机进行预乳化处理,处理压力和次数分别为100MPa和6次,此时得到稳定细乳液的粒径为202nm,有效保证了细乳液聚合体系的稳定性,且有机硅单体转化率高于90%。The monomer was pre-emulsified with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane as raw material, reactive emulsifier as emulsifier in order to meet the request of particle size in miniemulsion polymerization and enhance monomer conver- sion. The main effects of emulsifier type, dosage and ratio on particle size and distribution of monomer miniemul- sion were studied. Results indicated that the best kind of emulsifier was the combination of ER-10 and DDSA. E- mulsifier dosage was 5wt% (relative to the monomer). Non-ionic emulsifier to anionic emulsifier mass ratio was 3 : 1. Pre-emulsion was conducted in high pressure homogenization and pressure of homogeneity and cycle index were 100MPa and 6 times, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, particle size of stable miniemulsion was 202nm, which could ensure stability of system of miniemulsion polymerization effectively. Monomer conversion of silicone was greater than 90%.
