鼻内镜下射频治疗鼻中隔血管瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下射频治疗鼻中隔血管瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析40例应用鼻内镜射频术进行治疗的鼻中隔血管瘤患者的临床资料,研究分析其临床效果。结果 40例患者临床总有效率为95%,平均手术时间及术中出血量分别为17.6min、3.1ml,术后随访1年,未发现有复发病例及鼻腔粘连等术后并发症。结论鼻内镜下射频治疗鼻中隔血管瘤安全、有效,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the nasal endoscopic radio frequency treatment of nasal septum angiomatous clinical curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 40 cases treated with nasal endoscopic radio frequency technique for treatment of nasal septum hemangioma patients clinical material,research and analysis the clinical effect. Results 40 patients clinical the total effective rate was 95%,and the average operation time and intra-operative amount of bleeding were 17.6 min,3.1 ml and were followed up for 1 year,had not been found recurrence cases and nasal cavity adhesion and postoperative complications. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic radio frequency treatment of nasal septum hemangioma is safe,effective and less complications,it is worth clinical application.
