摘　　要：签署麻醉知情同意书是防范医疗纠纷发生的一个重要环节,麻醉医师在充分尊重患者知情同意权和如实告知麻醉风险的前提下,还须掌握与患者沟通的技巧,注意自身形象、语言表述及谈话分寸,详细解释医疗费用,力争完全取得患者的理解与支持,努力构建和谐的医患关系。The informed consent signed anesthesia is an important link to prevent medical disputes, the anesthesiologist in impact points respect patients informed, consent right and truthfully inform the anesthesia under the premise of risk; But also to master communication skills with patients,pay attention to their own image ,language expression and conversation discretion,explain in detail the medical cost and strive to fully get the patients understanding and support,and to construct the harmonious doctor--patient relationship.
