摘　　要：在皮肤科的临床工作中应该树立辩证唯物主义的思想方法,重视用普遍联系的观点看待皮肤疾病,分清主要矛盾和次要矛盾。应对患者进行全面、真实,合理的病情知情告知,并在知情告知中充分体现人文关怀的精神。Dialectical materialism should be used in clinical work in dermatological department. It is important to treat dermatosis with the method of the universal relation viewpoint. A distinction should be made between the primary and second ary contradictions. Disease informing should be comprehensive, authentic and reasonable. It should embody the spirit of humanism and sufficient care to the patients.
