摘  要:成都地质调查中心围绕着事业发展目标,在人才工作中,牢固树立"以人为本,人才资源是第一资源"的用人理念,面对地调科研事业发展的重大历史机遇,以提高队伍野外工作能力和科研创新能力为主线,以培养中青年骨干人才为重点的发展战略,转变观念,创新机制,着力加强青年地调科研人才的培养使用,着力打造技术精湛、作风硬朗、能打硬仗的地调科研团队。Aiming at the development of enterprise, Chengdu Center, China Geological Survey in Survey in the personnel work holds the people-oriented policy and the idea that human resources are the primary resources. In face of the important historical opportunity of the progress in geological survey, Chengdu Center, China Geological Survey, as the principle, focuses on improving the capacity of staff in the field work, research and creation. It also, as the development strategy, insists on cultivating the young and middle-aged backbone researchers. With transforming its ideas and innovating its organization, Chengdu Center, China Geological Survey stresses the cultivation young geological survey researchers, and development of a geological survey team which is skilled, hard-working and able to meet the challenge.
