摘　　要：近10年来,中国海洋大学在海洋地质特色专业创新型人才培养体系建设方面做了如下几项工作:重构课程体系,改革人才培养模式;更新教学内容,改进教学方法;加强实践教学,培育实践创新体系。建设完成了在教学上循序渐进、地域上相互关联、方法上突出创新、有显著特色和科学合理的实践教学基地群。In recent decades,we have made some efforts on the construction of innovative talents in Marine Geological feature specialty,as follows： reconstructing the curriculum,reforming the talent-training pattern;updating the teaching content,improving teaching methods;strengthening practical teaching,fostering the innovation system of the practice.We have built and finished the practice teaching base groups,improved stepbystep in teaching,interrelated in the regions,high light innovation on method,significantly characteristic and scientifically sound.
