摘　　要：学生参与教学管理是高等院校贯彻"以人为本",实施教与学深度融合的有效方式和途径。本文在全面分析当前高等院校大学生参与教学管理现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了学生参与学校教学管理的基本思路和框架,建立了学生参与教学管理的实现模式和途径,并就参与模式实施的保障机制提出了具体的对策和建议,为高等院校改进教学管理模式,推进教与学的良性互动提供参考。Students participating in the teaching management of university is an efficiency mode and approach for implementing students as key element,being in harmony deeply between teaching and studying.Base on analyzing the situation and problems of students participating in the teaching management in university,this paper provides the basic thought and structure,establishes the realizing model and approach of students participating in the teaching management.And the practical countermeasure and suggestion of model implementing mechanism were provided.For reforming the teaching management model and improving the teaching﹠ studying harmony deeply,this paper brings out the value helps as well.
