摘　　要：目的探求一种腕头状骨、月骨、三角骨、钩骨的大样本数据测量方法．方法在TX-DR1000型DR直接数字成像系统工作站中（北京万东医疗装备股份有限公司）对腕头状骨、月骨、三角骨、钩骨的长度、宽度进行测量，与解剖学标本测量数据比较。结果在DR直接数字成像系统工作站中测量的头状骨、月骨、三角骨、钩骨各参数（长度、宽度），经统计学分析，与解剖学标本测量数据比较．差异无统计学意义。结论通过在TX—DR1000型DR直接数字成像系统工作站中对腕头状骨、月骨、三角骨、钩骨的长度、宽度进行测鼍，是一种对活体腕骨进行参数测量的可靠方法，该测量方法简单、快捷，成本低廉．可进行大样本数据测量，适宜推广。Objective To provide a method of measuring capitatunl lunate triquetrum hamate with radiogram（TX-DR1000-DR） in vivo. Methods The parameters（length, width） off＇our bones （capitatum, lunate, triquetrum and hamate） were measured with radiogram （TX-DR1000-DR）. The difference between the anatomic parameters and the parameters of capitatum, lunate, triquetrum and hamate with radiogram were compared. Results The length of capitate, lunate, triquetrum and hamate were （19.63± 2.06）mm, （9.01±1.48）mm, （15.66±2.02）mm and （18.93±2.19）mm. The width of capitate, lunate, triquetrum and hamate were （10.90± 1.46）mm; （7.59± 1.24）mm ; （8.80± 1.41）mm; （14.99± 1.71）mm. There was no significant difference between the anatomic parameters and the parameters of capitatum, lunate, triquetrum and hamate with radiogram. Conclusion The measures of capitate, hmate, triquetrum and hamate with radiogram （TX-DR1000-DR） were reliable in vivo. The measure was simple and inexpensive. The measure of capitate, lunate, triquetrum and hamate with radiogram （TX-DR1000-DR） can be made more widespread.
