促凋亡基因bax在胆管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：1目的　探讨促凋亡基因 bax在胆管癌组织中的表达。 2方法　应用抗 bax多克隆抗体分别对 2 0例胆管癌和 7例先天性胆总管囊肿组织的石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色。 3结果　 2 0例胆管癌组织有 11例 bax蛋白表达阳性 (5 5 .0 0 % ) ,而 7例先天性胆总管囊肿仅 1例表达阳性 (14.2 9% ) ,两组间差异有显著性 (χ2 =6 .73,P<0 .0 1)。随肿瘤分化程度的增高 ,阳性表达增强 ,但差异无显著性 (χ2 =5 .0 9,P>0 .0 5 )。 4结论　Objective\ To study the role of bax (an apoptosis accelerating oncogene) in the development of cholangiocarcinoma.\ Methods\ We investigated bax expression by means of immunohistochemical technigue in 20 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 7 cases of congenital choledochal cyst respectively.\ Results\ Bax oncogene expression was positive in 55.00% of cholangiocarcinoma, but only in 14.29% (1 out of 7) of congenital choledochal cyst, there was a significant difference between the two kinds of tissue( χ 2=6.73, P <0.01). Intensity and positivity of bax oncogene expression also increased with increasing differentiation of cholangiocarcinoma.\ Conclusion These results suggest that increased expression of bax oncogene in cholangiocarcinoma plays an important role in the development of cholangiocarcinoma.\;[
