摘 要:提出了一种新型的具有多次谐波抑制功能的低温共烧陶瓷(眦c)微型带通滤波器,该滤波器电路由电感耦合的四阶谐振腔组成。在一般抽头式梳状线滤波器设计的基础上,引入了交叉耦合,通过改进其结构,形成了多个传输零点,并结合电路仿真以及三维电磁场仿真,辅之以DOE(DesignofEx—perirnent)的设计方法,设计出了一种尺寸小、频率选择性好、阻带宽的滤波器。实际测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,中心频率为13.4GHz,其3dB带宽为200MHz,在15.5~35G比频率上的衰减均优于20dB,体积仅为3.2mm×1.6mm×1.2mm。所提方法对滤波器谐波抑制的设计具有指导作用。A novel low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) band-pass filter(BPF) with spurious responses suppression is proposed. The circuit of this filter is composed of 4-order resonant cavity by inductance coupling. The more transmission zeros are realized by adding modified cross-coupling. Based on the design of the tapped combline filter, combined with circuit simulation and 3-D EM(Electromagnetic) simulation, the filter which can achieve a small size, high selectivity, wide stop-band responses is designed with the help of DOE(design of ex- periment). The measured results of the filter agree well with the electromagnetic simulation. Simulation and measured results show that the BPF has a central frequency of 13.4 GHz,the 3 dB bandwidth is 200 MHz,and the stop-band attenuation is more than 20 dB from 15.5 GHz to 35 GHz. The final size of the fabricated filter is only 3.2 mm× 1.6 mm×1.2 mm. The proposed method is of guidance for the design of filters with harmonics
