摘 要:采用3种洗涤模式对蒸汽爆破预处理玉米秸秆进行脱毒,研究了其酶水解液的乙醇发酵性能,比较了不同用水量下逆流洗涤蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆酶水解液的乙醇发酵性能。结果表明,逆流洗涤脱除主要发酵抑制物的效果最好,批式分次洗涤效果次之,批式洗涤效果最差,3种洗涤方式对主要发酵抑制物乙酸的脱除率分别为100%、92.27%和77.66%。蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆经固液比1:7.5(g:mL)逆流洗涤、酶水解和水解糖液浓缩后被酿酒酵母发酵24 h,糖利用率97.58%,乙醇得率93.74%。Corn stalk pretreated through steam explosion was detoxified by three washing methods. The effects of different washing methods, as well as water consumption of countercurrent washing on removal of inhibitors and ethanol fermentation of enzymatic hydrolyzate were investigated in present study. The efficiency of detoxification among tested washing methods declined by countercurrent washing, three-stage batch washing and batch washing successively. The sugar consumption and ethanol yield were 97.58% and 93.74% respectively, when the steam explosion pretreated corn stalk was detoxified by eountercurrent washing with solid-liquid ratio 1 : 7.5, and the concentrated hydrolyzate was fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae for 24 h.
