摘  要:为了定量研究灌胶结合面对数控机床整机动态特性的影响,该文根据试验测得的小面积灌胶结合面特性参数,建立预测灌胶结合面参数的神经网络模型。建立弹簧单元,将结合面参数应用在整机有限元模型中,分析整机动态性能。结果表明:灌胶情况下的整机动态性能比无介质情况下提高约20%。以机床动柔度为评价目标,研究了灌胶厚度对整机动态性能的影响,得出灌胶的最优厚度区间是1.5~2 mm。In order to research the effects of glued joint on the dynamic characteristics of computer numerical control (CNC)machine tools quantitatively, a neural network model for the forecasting parameters of glued joint is established based on the tested characteristic parameters of small area glued joint. The joint's characteristics are applied to a finite element model with spring element, and the holistic dynamic characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the holistic dynamic characteristics of the CNC machine tools using gluing technique are about 20% higher than those without medium. Taking the dynamic flexibility of CNC machining tool as the target score, the effects of glued thickness on the holistic dynamic characteristics are analyzed, and the best gluing thickness is between 1.5 mm to 2 mm.
