摘　　要：文化日益成为凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉。高层次文化服务人才是促进旅游市场可持续发展和繁荣的核心动力。社会主义核心文化引领的"三结合"旅游人才培养模式把中国传统文化、湖北区域文化、武当特色文化、校园文化、企业文化及服务行业标准等为代表的文化内容贯穿于高端技能型旅游专门人才培养的全过程。该人才培养模式的实践证明:学生文化讲解能力和水平显著提高,学生旅游服务的文化内涵和层次日益丰富。该模式得到了学生、社会、行业企业的高度评价和认可。Culture is increasingly becoming the important source of cohesion and creativity. Advanced cultural service pro- fessionals are the core power to promote sustainable development and prosperity of tourism market. In Culture-skill-caliber integrated training mode with the orientation of socialist core culture, Chinese traditional culture, Hubei regional culture, Wudang characteristic culture, campus culture, enterprise culture and service industry standards as a representative of cul- tural contents impenetrate the whole process of training advanced tourism talents. The practice of this training mode shows that the students＂ ability and level of culture-oriented presentation about scenic spots have increased significantly, and cultur- al connotation of studenfs tour-guiding service has become increasingly rich and their quality upgraded. The training mode has gained positive evaluation and recognition from students, social sectors, tourism industry and er^erDrises.
