摘 要:针对湿式双离合器自动变速器预换挡控制问题,在计算出预换挡完成所需时间的基础上,获得了预换挡时同步器预先接合的提前车速,制定了同步器预先接合策略。对常规换挡过程中产生的带排转矩进行了研究,分析了带排转矩对整车性能的影响,制定了换挡完成后同步器分离策略。对所提出的预换挡控制策略进行了仿真验证。结果表明:在加速工况下,所提出的预换挡控制策略可适时改善驾驶意图,并且能较好地改善整车的动力性。For studing the pre-shift control of Wet Dual Clutch Transmission(DCT),the vehicle speed of synchronizer pre-engagement was acquired though considing the time for pre-shift process,and the synchronizer pre-engagement schedule was established.The drag torque in the regular shift process was studied and its effect on vehicle performance was analyzed.Then,the synchronizer pre-disengagement schedule was proposed and it was simulated and analyzed.The results indicate that the driver's intention can be met better and the vehicle dynamic performance can be improved by the proposed pre-shift control strategy in accelerated conditions.
