摘  要:利用ISOMED2000等速测试系统对陕西省16名青少年男子足球运动员膝关节屈伸肌群进行等速向心收缩测试;研究发现:(1)男足运动员在慢速为60°/s时,伸肌群最大力矩明显大于屈肌群,屈肌群的最大力矩还不够伸肌群的50%;而运动员在快速240°/s时,运动员的屈伸肌群最大力矩差距不大,发展比较均衡。(2)男足运动员在慢速为60°/s时,右腿膝关节的最大力矩大于左腿膝关节。证明左腿的最大力矩差于右腿。而在快速240°/s时,右腿膝关节的最大力矩略大于左腿膝关节,表现为左右腿的最大力矩比较接近。(3)运动员在慢速爆发力的掌握能力差于快速,且膝关节屈肌群最大力矩差距比较大,而伸肌群最大力矩较为合理。说明了男足运动员膝关节的爆发力还有待加强,以及屈肌力量的不断提高。With ISOMED2000 isokinetic testing system,sixteen junior football players' knee flexor and extensor is tested in Shaanxi province on isokinetic concentric test.The result demonstrates the following conclusions:(1) football players at slow speed of 60°/s,extensor maximum moment was significantly larger than the flexor muscle group,the flexors of maximum moment is not 50% larger than extensors;while athletes at the fast speed of 240°/s,the maximum moment of flexor and extensor is nearly the same,and the development is balanced;(2) The fact that football players' maximum moment of right leg knee join at slow speed of 60°/s is larger than the left leg knee proved that the maximum moment of left leg is smaller then right leg;nevertheless,athletes' maximum moment of right leg knee at the fast speed of 240°/s is slightly larger than the left leg knee showed the maximum moment of two legs are quite close.(3) At the slow speed The athletes' power control capability is worse than one fast speed,and the maximum moment of knee flexors has larger gap,and maximum moment of extensor is more reasonable.The results show that the power of men's soccer players' knee has to be strengthened and improvement of flexor strength.
