IL-2、IL-6及其受体与多发性骨髓瘤的研究

摘　　要：采用固相放射免疫分析法 (RIA)和双抗体夹心酶联免疫法 (EL ISA) ,对多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)患者进行血清白细胞介素 2 (IL- 2 )、白细胞介素 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)、白细胞介素 6 (IL- 6 )、白细胞介素 6受体 (s IL- 6 R)检测 ,并进行长期随访。结果 MM患者血清 IL- 2、s IL- 2 R和 IL- 6、s IL- 6 R水平明显升高 ,IL-2与 ﹀2 微球蛋白 (﹀2 - MG)呈负相关 ,IL- 6、s IL- 6 R与 ﹀2 - MG呈正相关。初诊时血清 s IL- 6 R升高者疗效较差 ,IL- 2升高者预后较好。WT5BZ]To explore the clinical importance of interleukin 2(IL 2) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R),interleukin 6(IL 6) and soluble interleukin 6 receptor(sIL 6R) in patients with multiple myeloma(MM),cytokins were measured using RIA and ELISA methods,the relation of cytokins with clinical charaters was analysed Meanwhile,survival analysis was performed Results showed these cytokins were significantly increased in MM patients than those in normal controls There was a significant correlation between the serum β 2 microglobulin and serum IL 2,sIL 6R The patients with high IL 2 had prolonged survival period,otherthan,the patients with increased sIL 6R had poor responsiveness to chemotherapy [WT5HZ]
