阿加曲班不同时间段应用对脑梗死患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时间段阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死溶栓治疗的疗效及安全性。方法 100例急性脑梗死患者按接受阿加曲班治疗时已发病时间分为三组,6 h内进行治疗为A组,24 h内进行治疗为B组,72 h内进行治疗为C组,比较三组临床疗效。结果 A组患者神经缺损评分和BI值改善明显优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且A组基本治愈比例高于其他两组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿加曲班治疗脑梗死在6 h内给药治疗效果最佳。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of Argatroban therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in study.Based on the onset time before accepting urokinase treatment,the patients were divided into three groups.within the 6 h treatment for group A,24 hour treatment for group B,72 h treatment for group C.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results The group A nerve defect score and BI value was significantly better than the other two groups,the difference was significant（P0.05）,and group A cure was higher than the other two groups,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The best treatment effectiveness of Argatroban in cerebral infarction is in the first 6 hours.
