摘　　要：研究生学位论文质量是衡量研究生培养质量的关键所在,论文质量的优劣反映了培养质量的高低。因此,如何客观高效地评阅学位论文,在研究生培养的过程管理中显得尤为重要。而学位论文网络评阅系统,不仅实现了学位论文的网上评阅,同时集成了对论文评阅流程的监控和评阅结果的评估。导师和评阅人依据评估结果,调整指导研究生方法和论文评审标准,实现自我管理;管理部门根据需要,向有关人员不同程度地公开评估结果,实现管理向服务转变;同时,评估结果还可为研究生培养的管理决策提供依据。The quality of dissertations is a measure of the quality of postgraduate education. Therefore, it is particularly important to evaluate dissertations objectively and efficiently for the process management of postgraduate education. The online dissertation evaluation system not only realizes efficient online review of dissertations but also integrates review process monitoring and outcome assessment. Its assessment results enable supervisors and reviewers to adjust their methods of guidance and standards of evaluation, and facilitate autonomous management. Administrators may reveal certain assessment results to help improve service. Moreover, the evaluation results may provide a better basis for management decisions.
