摘　　要：目的探讨牵引及中医按摩对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗效果,并观察患者治疗后经颅多普勒超声(TCD)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的改变,以期为指导临床工作提供理论支持。方法选取162例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,按入院顺序分为观察组(81例)与对照组(81例),两组均应用常规西医治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用牵引及中医按摩进行治疗。同时应用TCD和BAEP观察血流及脑干传导功能的改变。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=11.401 3,P=0.000 7),观察组治疗后TCD和BAEP的异常率明显低于对照组(χ2=6.090 2,P=0.013 6;χ2=7.140 2,P=0.007 5)。结论牵引及中医按摩治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效明显,临床治疗中可以积极应用。Objective To investigate the curative effects of traction and traditional Chinese medicine massage on vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy and observe the changes of transcranial Doppler ultrasound（TCD） and brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP） in order to provide theoretical support for guiding clinical work.Methods A total of 162 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy admitted to and treated in our hospital were divided into the observation group（81 patients） and the control group（81 patients）.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment,but the observation group received additional traction and traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of conventional treatment.Meanwhile TCD and BAEP were used to observe the changes of blood flow and brainstem conduction.Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the total effective rate（χ2=11.401 3,P = 0.000 7）,but significantly lower than the control group in the TCD and BAEP abnormal rates（χ2=6.090 2,P = 0.013 6;χ2=7.140 2,P = 0.007 5）.Conclusion Traction and traditional Chinese medicine massage have obvious curative effects on the vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy and therefore can be actively applied in clinical treatment.
