摘 要:为了提高电动汽车的整车性能,缩短产品的开发周期以及降低成本,文章将优化理论与仿真软件相结合,以某型号电动汽车为例对主减速比和各挡传动比进行了优化,并运用电动汽车仿真软件ADVISOR对优化前后整车的各项性能进行了仿真分析,最后通过试验对仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明:优化理论模型的建立是可行的,优化后电动汽车的加速性能提高了4.93%,而空载续驶里程则提高了8.6%。In order to improve vehicle performance,shorten the development cycle and reduce the costs of the electric vehicle, the optimization theory and simulation software have been combined in the paper. Taking electric vehicle as an example, the paper optimizes the final drive ratio and gear ratio of each gear position, and conducts simulation on vehicle performance both before and after optimization with the help of ADVISOR. At last, the simulation results have been verified. It shows that the optimization theory model is feasible,optimal acceleration performance has improved 4.93 percent and the unload mileage has increased 8.6 percent.
