摘　　要：海洋生态文明区建设是在海洋世纪对海洋进行开发和发展的必要条件,然而现有的开发行为使海洋生态环境不断恶化,对应的管理体制又存在一定程度的失效,无法根本改变恶化的海洋生态环境。本文从作为海洋社会学组成部分的海洋生态文明研究着手,以建设山东半岛蓝色经济区为例,用社会学的视角对海洋生态文明的内涵、建设的必要性、影响因素以及社会效应进行解析,以期完善海洋社会学的学科建设。To Marine exploitation and development in the ocean century, marine ecological civilized regional construction is necessary. But existing developed behaviors make the marine ecological environment worsening and corresponding management system a failure to a certain degree, so it can not change the deterioration of the marine ecology fundamentally. In the construction of the background of the blue area of the Shandong Peninsula, sociological perspective to explain the construction of marine ecological civilization is even more important. This article is to proceed from the marine ecolog!cal civilization as part of the marine sociology. Analyzing the connotation of the marine ecological civilization, the need for building, influencing factors, and social effects in sociological perspective is to contribute to improving the construction＇of marine sociology.
