摘　　要：教学质量是学校的立校之本。以新的考试理念,通过高校考试制度的改革,充分发挥考试的"指挥棒"作用,引导学生从"突击式"学习方式转变为"渐进式"学习方式,使他们更牢固的掌握基础知识和基本技能,提高他们的实际动手能力和解决实际问题的能力,从而提高教学质量,满足社会对人才素质的需求。Quality was the vital line of the institutions of higher education.Through the reform of the examination system with new exams concept and taking full use of the exam ＂baton＂ role to guide students into the ＂progressive＂ learning from a ＂surprise＂ learning,which can make them master basic skills and techniques as well as to improve their practical ability and the ability to solve practical problems,thereby improving the quality of teaching,and to satisfy the demand of society for the quality of talent person.
