50例胎儿多囊肾产前超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声对胎儿多囊肾的声像学特征及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院2001年1月～2012年7月常规体检孕妇发现胎儿多囊肾50例,总结多囊肾脏的声像图特征。结果 50例患者中,PotterⅠ型14例,PotterⅡ型9例,PotterⅢ型17例,PotterⅣ型10例;17例成人型多囊肾胎儿合并多囊肝7例。结论超声检查在产前对胎儿肾脏囊性病变能及时准确地做出诊断,对客观评价其预后及在优生学上有积极作用。Objective To explore the ultrasonographic characteristic of fetal polycystic kidney prenatal ultrasound and its clinical significance.Methods Fifty cases of pregnant women found fetal polycystic kidney by routine examination in our hospital from January 2001 to July 2012 were analyzed retrospectively,and the ultrasonographic characteristics of polycys tic kidney were summarized.Results Among 50 cases of patients,there were 14 cases with Potter Ⅰ type,9 cases with potterⅡ type,17 cases with PotterⅢ type and 10 cases with PotterⅣ type;7 cases out of the 17 fetus with adult polycystic kidney combined with polycystic liver.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography can make a timely and accurate diagnosis for fetal kidney cystic lesion,which has positive effect on objective evaluation of the prognosis and eugenics.
