Ⅰ期肠切除吻合术治疗结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨Ⅰ期肠切除吻合术治疗结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的疗效。方法本次研究选取本院收治的结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者58例(所有患者都自愿接受调查和服从所有准则),手术中对其采取Ⅰ期肠吻合治疗,收集临床资料,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果 58例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者术中肠道进行灌洗,术后切口发生感染2例,出现吻合口瘘2例,吻合口狭窄1例,器官衰竭1例经过非手术治疗(如营养支持)后治愈,均未出现死亡病例。结论在结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的手术中施行Ⅰ期肠吻合术的效果非常明显,也是安全可行的,值得在临床上推广和使用。Objective To explore the curative effect of one-stage resection and anastomasis for acute intestinal obstruction coursed by the hemicolonic carcinoma.Methods Fifty eight patients with colon cancer combined with acute intestinal obstruction in our hospital were collected（all patients voluntarily accepted investigation and obeyed all criteria）.One-stage resection and anastomasis was applied as the treatment measure.The clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospec tively.Results Of all the 58 patients who were treated by resection and nastomasis after bowel irrigation,there was infec tion in 3 cases,anastomotic leakage in 2 cases,anastomotic strictures in 1 case and organ failure in 1 case.They were all cured by non-surgical treatment（such as nutritional support） and none was dead.Conclusion One-stage resection and anastomasis is proved to be obviously effective,safe and feasible,it is worth promoting and applying.
