血肿清除率对高血压脑出血术后近期肌力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血肿清除率对高血压基底节区血肿术后近期肌力的影响。方法 60例高血压基底节区脑出血患者早期行小骨窗显微镜下血肿清除手术,术后48h复查头颅CT计算血肿清除率,统计学处理术后1个月患侧肌力恢复程度。结果术后1个月肌力均值变化比较,血肿残留量<5mL组与5～10mL组差异有统计学意义(t=2.105,P<0.05),血肿残留量5～10mL组与>10mL组差异有统计学意义(t=2.277,P<0.05)。结论基底节区HICH术中血肿清除越彻底,术后血肿残留量越少,术后近期肌力恢复越好。Objective To investigate the hematoma evacuation rate of hypertensive basal ganglia hematoma influencing on postoperative muscle strength. Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage were treated by microsurgery with small bone window early stage, reviewed head CT at 48 h after operation, to statistical analysis the recovery degree of muscle strength at 1 month after operation in different residual hematoma. Results The mean change in muscle strength after 1 mouth comparison, hematoma residues 5 mL group with 5 to 10 mL group was significant difference （t=2.105, P0.05）, hematoma residues 5 to 10 mL group with 10 mL group was significant difference （t=2.277,P0.05）. Conclusion Residual hematoma has significant impact on muscle strength of hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage, less residual postoperative hematoma, the better recovery degree of muscle strength.
