摘 要:目的探索门诊抽血室绩效管理方法。方法通过自制式问卷调查,分别对患者、护士、医生进行满意度调查,并对计件考核管理及传统管理模式各5420份调查结果进行统计学分析。结果与传统管理模式相比,实施计件考核管理模式后,患者满意率从90.5%提高至96.5%,医生满意率从88.0%提高至98.0%,护士满意率从90.0%提高至98.3%,且两种管理模式比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过数据分析,患者及医护人员的满意度均明显提高,充分调动了护士的积极性,挖掘了潜能,全面提高工作效率的同时,提高了护理质量,保障了护理安全,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the methods of performance management in out-patient bloodletting room. Methods Patients, nurses and doctors were separated to conduct the survey of satisfaction by the formant questionnaire survey, and the 5 420 pieces of satisfaction survey results of piecework assessment management mode and the traditional management mode were analysed statistically. Results Compared with the traditional management mode, after piecework assessment management mode was used, the patient's satisfaction rate increased from 90.5% to 96.5%, the doctor's satisfaction rate in- creased from 88% to 98%, and the nurse's satisfaction rate increased from 90% to 98.3%, the differences between the two kinds of management modes were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The satisfaction surveys of the patients and doctors have obviously improved according to data analysis, which manoeuvre the positivity of the nurses and unearth their proficiency. As the work efficiency has been wholly enhanced, the nursing quality has been improved, then the nursing safety has been guaranteed by the piecework evaluation management mode, so it is worth of application and dissemination.
