鼻咽癌常规放疗三段式计划的时间经济分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析鼻咽癌常规放疗三段式计划与两段式计划的时间经济差异性。方法 10例鼻咽癌患者常规放疗在面颈联合野放疗到44～48 Gy后改野,两段式计划在改野后直接耳前野推量到70～76 Gy;三段式计划在改野后先耳前野推量到50～56 Gy后,第2次改野保护脑干推量到70～76 Gy。比较分析两种计划的患者费用及医生耗费时间。结果三段式计划与两段式计划的患者费用分别为12 160元与12 000元,三段式计划与两段式计划的医生耗费时间分别为(42±6.04)min、(37.2±5.31)min。两种计划患者费用与医生耗费时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻咽癌常规放疗三段式计划与两段式计划的时间经济比较无差异,三段式计划更有利于提高肿瘤照射剂量,同时可充分保护关键危及器官脑干。Objective To analyze the time economy differences between there periods of conventional radiotherapy plan and two periods for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 10 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated by conventional radiotherapy with 44-48Gy on the facio-neck field and then followed radiation to 50-56 Gy on the preauricular field.In three-period radiotherapy plan were followed radiation to 70-76Gy after escaped the brainstem.while in two-period radiotherapy plan,patients followed radiation to 70-76Gy after escaped the brainstem on the preauricular field once time.Statistical analyzed the expenses and time consuming differences in the two plans.Results The cost of three-period and two-period radiotherapy plan were RMB 12160 yuan VS 12000 yuan.The time consuming were（42±6.04） minutes VS（37.2±5.31） minutes（P0.05）.There was no statistical significance between the two plans on the spend of money and time consuming.Conclusion There is no statistical significance between three-period and two-period radiotherapy plan in the time economy,While the former can improve the Irradiation dose on tumor.
