中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的循证评价

摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析法评价中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法计算机检索1990年—2011年发表的有关中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的文献,采用Review Manager 5.0软件进行数据分析。结果共检索到12篇相关文献,其中7篇为随机对照试验,2篇为单个病例-对照试验,3篇为随机化不明确的同期对照试验。上述文献研究结果显示,目前有足够的证据支持能够用于治疗复发性口腔溃疡的方法有戒除吸烟、口服抗生素预防继发感染、中西医结合治疗。中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡显示出较单纯使用西药治疗更加满意的疗效,临床应根据具体情况和条件选择合适的治疗方法。结论基于循证理论,采用中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡可确切提高临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the effects of integrative traditional chinese medicine and western medicine therapy for recurrent oral ulceration.Methods The computerized searches were conducted to identify randomised controlled trails from 1990s to 2011 for recurrent oral ulceration with integrative traditional chinese medicine and western medicine therapy.Data was analyzed by Review manager 5.0.Results 12 studies were involved.There were 7 randomised controlled trails,2 single case-control trails and 3 non-randomized concurrent control trials.According to the staistical data,stop smoking,antibiotic,the method of integrative traditional chinese medicine and western medicine therapy could cure oral ulceration.And the method of integrative traditional chinese medicine and western medicine was better than the only western medicine.Conclusion The method of integrative traditional chinese medicine and western medicine therapy can improve the curative effect for recurrent oral ulceration.
