山西省产业增长与碳排放的脱钩关系

摘　　要：运用Tapio脱钩指标,利用1995—2009年山西省五大代表性产业(农林牧渔业,工业,建筑业,交通运输、仓储及邮电通信业,批发和零售贸易、餐饮业)的数据,分析了产业增长与碳排放的脱钩关系。结果表明:与第三产业相比,第一产业和第二产业的碳排放脱钩情况较为乐观,而第三产业的碳减排成效较差。最后以实现低碳导向型经济为出发点,针对山西的产业发展提出建议。Based on Tapio decoupling index,this paper analyzes the decoupling relationship between industrial growth and carbon emission by using the data about five representative industries of Shanxi province during 1995-2009.The results show as follows：compared with the third industry,the decoupling state of carbon emission of the first industry and the second industry are more optimistic,but the carbon reduction effect of the third industry is not good.Finally,it puts forward several suggestions for the industrial development of shanxi from the starting point of low-carbon-oriented economy.
