摘　　要：通过对某特钢厂的小方坯连铸机液压剪机在使用过程中遇到的实际问题进行研究与分析,同时,结合液压伺服控制系统的特点,将其运用在液压剪机上,使液压剪机的性能显著提高,从而保证了铸坯质量,满足生产要求。Based on hydraulic shear in the use of the practical problems encountered in the process of research and analysis in one special steel mill. moreover,combined with the characteristics of hydraulic servo control system, hydraulic servo control system was used to hydraulic shear so as to have signfieant improvement on performance of hydraulic shear,thereby ensure the quality of casting billet, meet the requirements of production.
