摘 要:根据MARPOL73/78公约,船舶必须安装含油污水处理装置。目前船舶上一般采用舱底水舱和油水分离器用来处理含油污水,处理后含油量小于15 mg/L的污水可以直接排出舷外。针对油水分离器工作负荷过大和维护保养工作过多等问题,本文对船舶含油污水处理系统进行优化,即增加含油污水前期处理。经过前期处理后,含油污水总量大大减少,油水分离器工作负荷降低,船员维护保养工作极大减少,从而保护海洋环境。According to MARPOL 73/78, bilge water treatment plant must be installed on board ship. At present, bilge water was treated with use of the bilge water tank and oily water separator, water containing oil content under 15 mg/L is discharged overboard. Based on excessive of working load and maintenance task on oily water separator, this paper optimizes ship bilge water treatment system, !.e. bilge water will be pretreated before going into oily water separator. After pretreatment, bilge water is reduced in amount, so both working load and maintenance task must be fallen substantially, and ocean environment will be protected well.
