摘　　要：目的探讨纸样胎儿的诊断及临床病理特征。方法对4例纸样胎儿进行病理检查,并结合文献讨论纸样胎儿的临床表现及病理形态特征。结果 4例纸样胎儿主要表现为胎头变扁,头颅、胸廓塌陷,薄如纸样,甚至不见胎儿轮廓。结论每例纸样胎儿都有不同的临床表现,正确的诊断有赖于对胎儿和胎盘细致的检查。Objective To explore the diagnosis and clinicopathological features of fetus papyraceous.Methods Four cases of fetus papyraceous were given the pathological examination,and the clinical manifestation,pathological morphological characteristics of fetus papyraceous were dicussed combined with literatures.Results Fetal head flattening,head and thoracic collapse,thin as paper and not even to see the fetal profile were the main expressions in the 4 cases of fetus papyraceous.Conclusion Each cases of fetus papyraceous has different clinical manifestations,and the correct diagnosis depends on careful examination of the fetus and placenta.
