手法小切口白内障手术的安全性和临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手法小切口白内障手术的安全性和临床疗效。方法选取本院2011年1月～2012年8月收治的白内障患者85例,共计102眼。根据手术方法分为两组,49眼采用超声乳化白内障摘除术为对照组,53眼采用手法小切口白内障手术为观察组,比较两组患眼的手术指征、视力恢复情况、并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间为(18.1±5.2)min,长于对照组的(16.7±4.8)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组术后视力均得到了显著提高,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.7%)明显小于对照组(18.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法小切口白内障手术的临床疗效显著,可明显提高患眼视力,且并发症少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the safety and clinical efficacy analysis of manual small incision cataract operation.Methods Eighty-five patients with cataract were selected in the hospital from January 2011 to August 2012.Total eyes were 102.According to the operation method,eyes were divided into two groups.49 eyes used phacoemulsification cataract extraction as the control group,53 eyes used manual small incision cataract operation as the observation group.Operation indications,complications,visual acuity were compared between two groups.Results Operation time in the observation group was（18.1±5.2） min,which was longer than（16.7±4.8） min of the control group.The difference was not statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Postoperative vision in the observation group and control group improved significantly,the difference was not statistically significant between observation group and control group after operation（P 〈0.05）.Complication rate in the observation group（5.7%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（18.4%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Manual small incision cataract operation has significant efficacy,which can significantly improve vision.Manual small incision cataract operation has few complication and high security.
