摘  要:目的:研究HIF-1α和iNOS在cagA+幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的胃腺癌组织中的表达。方法:收集临床病理资料完整的胃腺癌病历及蜡块138例,均已经c14呼气试验证实为Hp阳性,采用PCR方法检测胃腺癌石蜡组织中的cagA基因,采用免疫组织化学法检测HIF-1α和iNOS的基因表达。结果:cagA阳性表达与胃腺癌的浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05)。HIF-1α和iNOS在cagA+组中表达明显高于cagA-组(P<0.05)。结论:cagA基因可通过促进HIF-1α和iNOS的表达促进胃癌的发生。Objective: To investigate the expression of HIF Helicobacter pylori; gastric adenocarcinoma; hypoxia-inducible factor-1 ; inducible nitric oxide synthase; cytotoxin associ- ated protein and iNOS in cagA+ Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infectious gastric adenocar- cinoma(GAC). Methods: 138 paraffin-embedded human GAC samples, with detailed follow-up and clinicopathologic data were collected which had been identified as Hp-positively by c14 breath test in before. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the cagA gene and immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of HIF-1α and iNOS. Results: CagA+ Hp infection was associated with invasive depth of GAC (P〈0.05).Overexpression of HIF-1α and iNOS were seen in cagA+ Hp GAC group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The carcinogenesis of cagA+ Hp might be through the pathway of HIF-1α and iNOS.
