摘　　要：随着高等教育的快速发展,高校安全稳定面临着新挑战。结合海南高校特点,建立高校安全稳定协同机制,构建校校协同、区区协同、校区与地方协同等高效集结管理新模式,有利于整合资源、形成合力。Along with the fast development of higher education, the university safety and stability is facing new challenges. Under the new circumstances, it is necessary to work out a cooperative safety and stabil- ity mechanism in view of the characteristics of the universities in Hainan Province to construct a highly effi- cient and integrated management system for maintaining the safety and stability of universities.
