摘  要:教学督导评估制度是提高"一村一名大学生计划"教学质量的一条有效途径。教学督导评估活动的出发点应以促进学生发展为根本,既要督教,也要督学。结合农业、农村经济发展需求突出农业技术与管理技能评估特色,结合现代技术手段突出网络教学评估特色,进一步提高"一村一名大学生计划"教学质量。Teaching supervision evaluation system is an ffective way to improve the teaching quality of "One College Student for each Village" project. The starting point of evaluation activity should aim at boosting students' development, which should supervise teaching as well as learning. And the evaluation should high- light its feature of agricultural technology and management skills in accordance with the needs of agricultural and rural economy development; the evaluation should highlight its feature of network instruction by employing modern technical measures so as to make further improvement on the teaching quality of "one college student for one village".
