摘 要:受到环境温度和风速的影响,温度传感器的测量特性发生变化。为了研究传感器测量特性的变化规律,设计了湿度传感器动态参数校准系统,对湿度传感器的动态参数进行校准,并修正环境温度和风速的影响。本文介绍了该系统的工作原理及结构组成,并通过实验获取数据,对湿度传感器的动态特性进行研究。实验结果表明,本系统可以对湿度传感器的动态参数进行准确的评价,具有很好的应用推广价值。Humidity sensor suffers the influences of ambient temperature and wind velocity, which make the measurement property change. In order to study the law about how the measurement property changes, a system for calibration of dynamic parameters of humidity sensor is de- signed. The dynamic parameters of humidity sensor are calibrated, and the influences of temperature and wind velocity are corrected. This paper mainly introduces the principle and the framework of the system. The dynamic characteristic of the humidity sensor is studied based on the data obtained by experiment. The result shows that this system can carry on accurate evaluation of the dynamic parameters of humidity sensor and pos- sesses very good application value.
