摘　　要：目的:观察正畸与修复联合治疗成人前牙缺失伴牙合间高度不足的临床效果。方法:选取11例前牙缺失伴牙合间高度不足的成人患者,采用直丝弓矫治技术,将伸长牙及牙槽骨压低,待牙合间高度足够时进行烤瓷桥修复治疗。结果:11例前牙缺失伴牙合间高度不足的患者正畸治疗后均成功压低伸长牙及牙槽骨,获得了理想的牙合间高度,烤瓷桥修复后临床疗效好,短期追踪观察结果好。结论:对于前牙缺失伴牙合间高度不足的病例,先通过正畸治疗压低伸长的对牙合牙,再进行修复治疗,可以获得更加满意的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment of adult patients with anterior tooth lost and vertical dimension insufficient, Methods 11 adult patients with anterior tooth lost and vertical dimension insufficient were treated with straight wire appliance,and taken prosthodontic treatment until the elongate tooth and alveolar bone depressed and vertical dimen- sion sufficient, Results After orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment, adult patients＂ the elongate tooth and alveolar bone were suc- cessfully depressed, and vertical dimension was sufficient. The clinic effect of prosthodontic treatment was ideal. Conclusion Cases with anterior tooth lost and vertical dimension insufficient should be treated with orthodontic treatment to depress the elongate tooth at first, and the clinic effect of prosthodontic treatment will be better.
